Arizona Watkins is a strategist, speaker, author, entrepreneur, faith leader, and community advocate whose life and work are centered on helping people and organizations move forward—on purpose.

For more than two decades, Arizona has worked at the intersection of faith, leadership, business, real estate, education, entrepreneurship, and community transformation. Whether she is developing leaders, helping an organization clarify its vision, guiding families toward homeownership, mentoring the next generation, building businesses, or sharing a message of faith and purpose, one thread connects everything she does: helping people recognize what is possible and develop a strategy to make it happen.

Arizona is a two-time graduate of Wesleyan College, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and later a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her education, combined with more than 20 years of practical leadership and entrepreneurial experience, has equipped her to bring both vision and strategy to the organizations, businesses, ministries, and individuals she serves.

In ministry, Arizona serves as Co-Pastor of Victory Church alongside her husband, Bishop Donald Watkins, Jr. Her approach to ministry reflects her passion for developing people, strengthening families, cultivating leaders, and helping individuals discover and fulfill God's purpose for their lives. Her faith is not simply one part of her work—it is the foundation from which she leads, serves, builds, and impacts others.

In the marketplace, Arizona is the Broker/Owner of Gateway Realty Professionals, where she combines her extensive real estate experience with a commitment to helping individuals and families pursue homeownership and build generational wealth.

She is also the Owner of Mind's Eye Business Solutions, through which she brings her experience in strategic planning, organizational development, leadership, business development, marketing, and consulting to help leaders and organizations turn ideas into actionable strategies and measurable results.

Her commitment to community transformation is demonstrated through her role as Executive Director of Victory Academy, where she leads initiatives designed to inspire, educate, empower, equip, and create opportunities for children, youth, families, and the broader community.

Arizona's entrepreneurial work also extends to The Virtuous Woman Boutique, where she serves as Owner and brings together faith, fashion, wellness, and purpose through products and experiences created to encourage and empower women.

As an author, Arizona uses the written word to challenge people to live intentionally and maximize the opportunities God has placed before them. She is the author of Work Your Window: Redeeming the Time and Fulfilling God's Purpose for Your Life and creator of The Virtuous Woman Planner, resources designed to help individuals move beyond intention and intentionally pursue purpose.

At the heart of Arizona's work is her ability to connect vision with strategy and purpose with execution. She believes success is about more than personal achievement. It is about intentionally using your gifts, influence, resources, experiences, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Beyond her professional and ministry assignments, Arizona considers family one of her greatest priorities. She is married to Bishop Donald Watkins, Jr., is the biological mother of four sons, and together they are the parents of a beautiful blended family of nine children.
